Including: *Envelopes stamped "Military Mail" (December 1948) and personal letters sent from Jerusalem during 1948 / *Handwritten leaf "Instructions for weapons hiding place". *Short letter on stationery of "Jewish Community Committee in Jerusalem": "Would you include Dr. Rosenfeld in the People's Guard, he needs it badly" (January 1948). *Tickets and food-stamps. Documents of the Military Governor of Jerusalem, Etzioni Division Headquarters, the Guarding Forces, Recruitment Center, Rescue Fund. *Proclamation issued by the Civil Guard, "During Panic Remember and Keep!" *Draft of a letter handwritten by Dr. Meir Avner "Survey of the Situation and Chances" (no date). *Certificate of "Joining Mishmar HaAm" . *Pocket notebook of "Mishmar HaAm" Jerusalem (printed by the planning department, 1948). *Poster issued by the central authority for emergency cases: "We are proud of you, Jerusalemites, …" (June 1948). *Handwritten note: "Mrs. I.
