Ninety seven b/w photos, the medical team of Beilinson hospital, the building and its surroundings. Eretz Israel, 1938-39.
It seems the album was presented to one of the hospital's workers. Numerous photos of the doctors and nurses, the building and its surroundings, medical installations, etc. Beilinson hospital, first named "Hospital for Yehuda and Shomron Settlements", was established between Petach -Tikva and Tel-Aviv in 1936 for the Sharon settlements. The building was planned by architect Aryeh Sharon. Several weeks after its opening Dr. Moshe Beilinson, the initiator of the hospital, died, and the hospital was named after him. Average size of photos 8X6 cm, good condition. Album 17X24 cm, fair-good condition.
