Binding leaf contains lengthy handwritten comment: “Moshe Rabbeinu sacrificed himself for the people of his generation… bearing the proper intention of G-D’s holy name can reverse all judgments in a positive direction, Amen…”.
The Jerusalemite Kabbalist Rabbi Moshe Ya’ir Weinstock (1899-1982), disciple of Kabbalists and Rebbes of Jerusalem, disciple of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Ashlag author of "HaSulam". Published many books in Kabbalah and Halachah, Hassidism and Musar.
