Birth certificate with the name Tamila [family name not clear], native of Prague, 1902, with ink stamps and signatures of the Prague Jewish Community (Israel. Cultusgemeinde in Prag). Certificate printed on paper and cloth-backed. The City of Vienna ink stamped on the reverse, on August 2, 1939 "annahme des zusatznamen Israel - Sara angezeigt!" - stating that the name "Sarah" was added to the original name, by command. 33.5x20.5 cm. Fair condition. Stains and tears.
