Responsa Nodah B'Yehuda, Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat, first and second edition. Vilna, 1902. Signatures of Rabbi Shmuel Rozovsky, a number of scholarly glosses in his handwriting.
Rabbi Shmuel Rozovsky (1913-1979), son of Rabbi Michel David Rabbi of Grodno. Son in law of Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank Rabbi of Jerusalem. He studied in the Grodno Yeshivah, by Rabbi Shimon Shkop, in the Mir Yeshivah in Poland and in the Lomza Yeshivah in Petach Tikva .Even before he married, he was appointed as the first Rosh Metivta in Ponovezh Yeshiva and his classes drew many students to the yeshiva. He passed on the Torah he learned in yeshivot in Lithuania to the new generation in Eretz Yisrael. He greatly influenced all the Torah world of our generation. After his death, his writings and the writings of his students were published in the books Shiurei Rabbi Shmuel and Zichron Shmuel.
