Booklet written as a reaction to a petition submitted by München merchants to restrict Jewish commerce. The anonymous writer identifies himself as a Jewish resident of München and describes the economic situation of the Jewish members of the city's business community. He claims that Jewish merchants do not enjoy any privileges, are rather restricted in their professional choices and pay higher taxes. He calls for adopting a rational attitude towards handling the economic situation.
