Manuscript, responsum and novellae by Rabbi Yitzchak Rosenberg, Rabbi of Hajduhadhaz.
Lengthy scholarly processes, Talmudic novellae, Halachic rulings, and copies of Halachic responses sent to various rabbis, in Rabbi Yitzchak Rosenberg’s handwriting [he has added his signature to two of the copied letters]. Parts of the manuscripts were printed in his books “Gevurot Yitzchak” (1962, 2002), and other parts were apparently never printed.

The Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Rosenberg (1860-1944, Otzar Ha-Rabbanim 11028). Righteous Torah genius, of the leading sages of Hungary. Author of the “Gevurot Yitzchak”. Son of rabbi Yosef Yozfa Rosenberg Rabbi of Püspökladány (Hungary) author of the “Yad Yosef Ve-Ravid Ha-Zahav”. Disciple of the greatest Chatam Sofer’s disciples, son in law of Rabbi Baruch Lichtenstein son of the famous Gaon Rabbi Hillel Lichtenstein of Kolomea. Served as Rabbi of Hajduhadhaz, Hungary, for sixty years. Passed away in Austria, where he was exiled with his community by the Nazis.
About 380 written pages. 27 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains, gross tears on some of the leaves. Detached leaves. Detached and worn binding. Captions on the Forzats page.
