Manuscript of Chiddushei Torah, Chiddushei Sugiyot and sermons by Torah giants of Hungary and Moravia [1810’s].
Chiddushim “in the name of the famous genius, outstanding Dayan in Zülz Rabbi Mordechai”; “in the name of the Maharshach" [Rabbi Shlomo Ben Avraham HaCohen]; “by the Ga’on Rabbi Y. Darshan of Prague”; “by the Ga’on Rabbi Chaim”; “by the great Ga’on Rabbi Baruch Frankel Av Beit Din of Leiffnik”, and more.
The author signs his name “Avraham Deitsch” at the end of many Sugiyot. In one place “year 1819” appears. The first page contains a poem with the acrostic “Avraham”, with his signature “Avraham Deitsch of Zülz”.
Rabbi Avraham Deitsch, son of Rabbi Mordechai, among the rabbis of Zülz (who passed away in 1813), and brother of Rabbi David Deitsch Av Beit Din of Zaharoy, disciple of the Chatam Sofer, and Rabbi Yisrael Deitsch (see next item).
