Various ink-stamps of the Drohobycher Rebbe – Rabbi Chaim Meir Yechiel Shapira, of the Ruzhiner dynasty, born in 1864 in Sadgora and named for his grandfather the "Saraph" of Mogalinz, descendant of the Kozhnitzer Maggid and Rabbi Elimelech of Lizhensk. His mother was the daughter of Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov of Sadgora. He founded a "Yishuv Eretz Yisrael" society, and in 1922 accompanied by his family emigrated to Eretz Yisrael, passed away in 1924.
