Seven undivided color postcards. Published by Samuel Bak, Jerusalem, [late 19th century].
Color lithograph postcards depictings sites in Jerusalem and the vicinity, including Jaffa Gate, Zion Gate, Tower of David, Temple Mount, Tiferet Israel synagogue, Valley of Josaphat, Rachel's Tomb and more; Mikve Israel, Rishon LeZion, well in Ekron, Zichron Ya'akov, Gedera and Yesud HaMa'ala; and other towns and sites in Palestine and the surroundings, including Lod, Jordan River, the Dead Sea, Beirut, Sidon and Damascus.
The postcards are titled in German, French and Hebrew. One is also titled in Russian. Two of them are stamped on verso: "Beit Moshav Zekenim uZekenot Yerushalem".
14X9 cm. Good condition. Stains to margins of postcards and to verso. Creases and minor blemishes to margins. Peelings to margins of a number of postcards.
