At the end of the book, [4] leaves with indexes, not listed in the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book, and are not featured in the scanned copy of Otzar HaChochma. Sh. HaLevy, no. 89 (books 2 and 3 were presumably printed together, but in the book of Sh. HaLevy, they are listed as two separate titles. Here, they were bound separately).
4. Etz Chaim, with Nahar Shalom. Jerusalem: R. Yisrael Bak, [1866-1867]. Sh. HaLevy, no. 136.
