Each booklet consists of four pages (heavy paper, folded into two). On each page appear an illustration and a short story, vowelized, for children. Eight booklets: "Kalman and Zalman", "Small Painter", "Washing Hands"- printed in 1929; "I Do Not Know", "The Boy and the Bird", "Mati and Gadi", "Yossi Goes to School", "The Crow and the Nightingale" – printed in 1930. The booklets are contained in the original box. 8 booklets (originally the box contained 10 booklets), 14.5X11 cm. Good-fair condition. Significant foxing marks, tears. Torn box, with stains and scribbles in pencil.
