The inside cover is hand-signed by the Prime Minister, Eric Williams, and the members of his entourage.
The visit took place two weeks after Trinidad and Tobago, an island country in the Caribbean Islands, separated from "the West Indies Federation". Approx. two months after the visit, on August 31, 1962, Trinidad and Tobago gained its independence.
