Manuscript, a sermon in the handwriting of Rabbi Benzion Meir Chai Uziel. Shabbat HaGadol "the seventh day after the death of my wife, my companion, the wife of my youth, Rosa from the house of Baruch". Tel Aviv, 1915. He talks about the events of the war and his personal distress on the passing of his wife. Rabbi Benzion Chai Uziel (1871-1953), born in Jerusalem in 1910, was appointed Chief Rabbi of the Sefardi community of Jaffa. In 1821, he left for Salonika (Greece) to serve as Chief Rabbi and in 1923, returned to serve as Chief Rabbi of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. In 1939, he was appointed Chief Rabbi and Rishon L'Zion in Eretz Israel. Wrote Mishpetei Uziel, Michmanei Uziel, HaShofet V'Hamishpat, etc.
