"Halacha L'Ma'aseh" booklet, "pertaining to the laws of fruit of the Seventh Year grown by transgressing ("Shmitta" laws), if they are permitted…" by Rabbi Ya'akov David – Ridvaz. Jerusalem, [1910].
Includes letters by the Ridvaz to "the Torah scholars and rabbis of Jerusalem". In the introduction are harsh words against Boris Schatz and Mordechai HaCohen who falsely claimed: "Jerusalem rabbis and in particular the Ridvaz used 'Shmitta' as a 'shnorr business'". On Leaf 6, 2: "Notice to keep you from transgressing a prohibition", signed by five members of the Ashkenazi "Batei Din" in Jerusalem and Rabbi Chaim Berlin, who deny "the rumor that the manner of 'hefker'… is beneficial in permitting also fruits that were grown by working in the Seventh Year (Shmita)".
