The Hechalutz movement was founded in Russia in 1917, and its aim was to prepare its members for aliya and life in Palestine. In 1921, the World Histadrut of Hechalutz was founded. In the Hechalutz training farm, the prospective olim learned the ropes of farming, communal life, and Hebrew.

Contains history of the Blau-Weiss youth movement, its beginnings, goals, development, its conceptual and organizational problems, differences between it and German youth movements, between it and the non-Zionist generation of parents, reports from the yearly conferences in Germany in the 20s and 30s, and more. 93 pages, 30 cm. Good condition. German.
2-7. Transcription of essay by Harry Pross, entitled " Jugent, Erose, Politik" which deals also with Jewish youth, three letters in German, addressed to Shlomo Kurt Shatz, acknowledgement for his above article, three articles and newspaper clippings.
