An elaborate facsimile was made according to a rare copy found in the Jewish National Library in Jerusalem. Published by Sh'muel Mor and members of the Judaica Club. B'nei Brak, 1983.
Printed on parchment and bound in leather. This edition was printed in 27 numbered copies only, with the intention to destroy the types after the publishing. This is copy 22.

Ketubah for the wedding of Rabbi Eliyahu Klachkin and the widow Mussa Chen. Jerusalem 1927.
The Ga'on Rabbi Eliyahu Klachkin (1851-1931) Rabbi of Lublin, a famous Ga'on of his generation. After the death of his wife in 1925, he moved to Jerusalem by himself and married for the third time in 1927. (See enclosed material. Compare his attached handwriting with the Ketubah filled out by the groom himself).

Levi Printing was active untill 1921, so that the Ketubah was printed in 1921 at the latest.

Interesting version of Ketubah with many Halachic minutiae, mostly written in anchaient Aramaic. Witnesses Ya'abetz ben Ya'akov. Yichie ben Daud Arani. It seems that the second witness wrote the Ketubah.
23.5 cm. Fair condition, folding marks, some of the letters faded, torn folds and edges.

Handwritten on plain thin paper.
Signed by witnesses: Rabbi "Zelig reuven…Bengis" and Rabbi Shimshon Ya'akov Lifshitz.
The Ga'on Rabbi Zelig reuven Bengis (1867-1953, Otzar Ha-Rabanim 5778) foremost rabbi in his generation, disciple of Volozhin Yehivah and his rabbi Ha-Natziv of Volozhin named him a Living Talmud. Rabbi of Bodki, Smolensk and Kalvarie. Moved to Eretz Yisrael in 1938 and served as chief rabbi of the Eda Ha-Charedit in Jerusalem. His book: "Leplagot reuven".

Version of writing according to custom of Jews of Morocco, with titles and poetic phrases and many acronyms, and mentions of the "honor of the ketubah" of the groom and bride.
One of the signed witnesses is Rabbi "Chaviv Toledano" – probably Rabbi Chaviv Toledano the third, born in 1799 in Meknes, author of: "Pesach Haggadah "Peh Yesharim" (Livorno 1837) "Terumat Ha-Kodesh" (Livorno 1860) and other books that have not been printed. He also composed various Piutim for holidays which were printed in Machzorim according to Moroccan custom.
Leaf 40 cm. The ketubah was written on the upper half of the leaf. Fair-poor condition, the ketubah was torn into two parts at the folds (akmost no text missing)

Rabbi Binyamin Aryeh Weiss Av-Beit-Din Chernowitz (1843-1912, Otzar Harabbanim 3783), student of the "Sho'el Meshiv" and the "Mefarshei HaYam". Used to travel to the Maharia of Zidichov.
