Under the table – "Pesach Mehl" – is a note specifying that different kinds of flour (Kosher) for Pesach are available and are produced in the highest quality with brand new machines, under supervision of the rabbinate of Ofen (Budapest).
Sent by mail: address, post stamps and postmark of Budapest.

Honored Leaders of Yeshurun Community! – Request of assistance for Dolyna Jews, following a fire. Dolyna, in Stria, Galicia , 1903.
"On the night of Shabat Parashat Mishpatim our city Dolyna was judged by fire and in a few moments was almost totally burnt. Hundreds of families…were left naked and with no possessions, in the streets…Any donation even the smallest with be received with thanks by the miserable".
Signed in print by "one of the leaders, Israel Weinreb" and the "President M. Redish". Hebrew and German.

"In honor of Rabbi Yonatan z"l, my ancestor who was despised by arrow-shooters. (Belgium? 1919?) One solitary page (4 sides) including a number of poems by an unknown author. The first poem is dedicated to Rabbi Yonatan Eibeshitz and mentions names of his books Yaarot Dvash, Ahavat Yonatan, Hakretsi V'hapleiti and others. At the end of the poem are two additional handwritten lines.
The other poems were written in jail St. Gylles (Brissel?), when the author was imprisoned after World War I. Further on in his poetry the author refers to the war as "a vessel which destroys the holey and the hollow / to cut men, and to scythe the dead flat on the fighting front / for the world has not yet been silenced…"
[4] sides, 18 cm. Good condition. Stains, Residues of glue.
Unknown bibliography.
