The report was composed by "Mekorot" company together with water engineer Simcha Blass, and includes much information about water resources in Eretz Israel as well as 20 maps and sketches (some are folded). Printed in a limited edition, presented is copy no. 7. 69 leaves + 20 plates, volume: 34 cm. Good condition. Minor damages to binding.

1-7. Broadsides printed on behalf of the "Haifa Workers Association" announcing strikes in the city:
• Announcement about a strike of workers "in printing presses and book binding workshops", January 1930. • Strike against the reduction of wages in the contractor Green's buildings". • Invitation to a "Warning strike of army workers", May 1947. • broadside on behalf of the musicians' branch of the "Haifa Workers' Association": "Organization of coffee houses owners announces a strike of one hundred Jewish musicians. The severe punishment of starving 100 families of workers was imposed by coffee houses owners in response to our demands to institute - as in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem - Friday night and Saturday as a resting day for workers… . • and more.
8-12. Broadsides printed on behalf of owners of businesses in Haifa in response to the strikes: • "union of printing presses owners and literary editors in Haifa inform their clients and the public in Haifa that following the announcement of a strike by workers, the printing presses and book binding workshop continue to work as usual". • "Open letter to Haifa Workers Association from Shmuel David"- in response to accusations raised by Haifa Workers' Association, according to which Shmuel David employs Arab workers and not Jewish workers. • "To the Jewish Public in Haifa" - three small notices by A. The Balfour Declaration appears on page 7, under the headline "Official Sympathy". An article headlined "The British Victory in Palestine" reviewing the operation of the British Army led by Edmond Allenby in Eretz Israel appears on the same page.
The "Balfour Declaration", which stated Britain's support of the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Eretz Israel, was signed by the British Foreign Minister, Arthur James Balfour, on November 2, 1917. One week later, on November 9, the declaration was first published in the press. 14 pp, 59.5 cm. Good condition. Folding marks, professionally restored tears. Adhesive tape to spine of issue.

Collection includes: certificates concerning Williams' service; draft of a book (about 400 typewritten leaves) by Wyndham Morgan (Williams's pseudonym?) telling the story of a Welsh boy who leaves home and joins the British army and later serves as a policeman in Palestine; two notebooks with summaries of lessons in a policemen course which was part of Williams' training; tens of typewritten leaves, various general comments, responses to articles, and more.
It is evident in the documents that Williams supported Jews in Palestine and the Jewish opposition movements, and was against restricting Jewish immigration to Eretz Israel. Total of hundreds of leaves. Size and condition varies.

• Handwritten notebook, protocols of the "Finance Committee" meetings in an internment camp for Etzel and Lehi exiles in Africa. [Gilgil, Kenya], December 1947-June 1938.
Detailed records of the committee's discussions. Most meetings concern allocation of money to different aspects of the camp's life: food, cigarettes distribution, activities such as sports or screening of films, and more. Several times the publication of "Sefer HaMa'atzar veHaGalut" is discussed. The notebook ends with records of granting and collecting loans and different invoices.
In the first entry, the names of the committee members are mentioned (it is later noted that the members changed): Yitzchak Kalmi, David Rosenzweig and Menachem Berger (Rosenzweig and Berger were in the first group of exiles - deported in October 1944). Notebook, 21 cm, approx. 30 written pages (most of the notebook's leaves are blank). Good condition. Stains and holes on several leaves. Torn binding.
• "Informative Circular Letter" on behalf of "LaAsireinu, relief society for detainees and prisoners (founded by the Jewish National Council)". April 1948. A printed letter, concerning, among other topics, the return of exiles to Israel. [3] leaves, 28 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains and tears.
In 1944 the British Mandate Authorities in Eretz Israel deported several hundred Etzel and Lehi members to internment camps in Africa. At first they were transferred to Sembel, later on to Carthago, from there back to Sembel, and finally to Gilgil in Kenya, where they were detained until their liberation and return to Israel in July 1948. The notebook presented here contains records of the last six months of Etzel and Lehi members' life in the camps, prior to their liberation.
