7. Letter to the terrorists of Palestine. Large leaf printed on both sides, [1947]. Designated for fund raising to assist Etzel. On one side appear photos of newspaper cuttings dealing with the failure of the British Mandate in Eretz Israel, and on the reverse appears a long and emotional letter addressed to Etzel fighters, signed in print by Ben Hecht, co-chairman of the American league for a free Palestine.

The booklet opens with a short survey of the Holocaust period in Europe ("What happened to us in Europe?"), before outlining the principles of the "Hebrew Committee for National Liberation". The organization was founded in the USA in 1944 by Hillel Kook. The committee called to "liberate" Eretz Israel and to establish an independent Hebrew state (as opposed to a "Jewish State") and to establish a provisional Hebrew government. 16 pp, 23 cm. Good condition. Minor damages to cover. Ex-library copy.
