Issues contain legislations and regulation of the Provisional Government, with rulings and decisions taken by various courts, as well as much information about the emergency state in the country and initial organization of the different institutions of the young state. Worming on leaves of last issues.

4. Book of Laws. Laws legislated by Knesset Israel in 1949.
5. File of Regulations, municipal laws of the various cities around the country, legislated in 1949.
