Hebrew [with vowels] and Latin, page for page. Apparently, the book had been translated by David ben Klonimus who wrote the last section of the book, Section of Ta'amei HaMikrah, and brought the book to print.
On the reverse side of the title page is a poem in Latin in honor of Daniel Bomberg, followed by an introduction in Latin by Daniel Bomberg. The author as well, praises Bomberg in his introduction.
Simultaneously, an edition in Hebrew only (from 1523) was printed. The order of the letters of the body of the work is almost identical. In this edition, each row is numbered.
[314] leaves. 21 cm. Handsome copy in very good condition. High-quality paper, wide margins, spotting, handwritten inscriptions, leather-covered wooden binding, ancient, without clasps.

Printed in his commentary on Parshat Masei is a map of Eretz Israel with east facing upward. This map, drawn primarily with straight lines in square and rectangular shapes is the first Hebrew map ever printed. Several leaves have glosses in Italian script [anonymous author, criticizes and comments on the words of the Mizrachi]. Censorship erasures. Stamps of Ch'[evrat] Mishmeret HaBoker V'Ha'Erev.

"These four were printed together so that each student could see the intention of these authors at one time and would not be left with any doubt concerning this wisdom".
