"Aachen Passover Haggadah", 50 silkscreens. Reproduction of the original Haggadah created by the artist Zoya Cherkassky (b. 1976).
Title page and all of the prints are signed and numbered by Cherkassky: 36/150.
The illustrations of the "Aachen Passover Haggadah" (named after the German city of Aachen on the border with Holland and Belgium) - portray impressive graphic designs in red, black and gold – and are inspired by Jewish images, the Russian Avant-garde and anti-Semitic images. Throughout the Haggadah appear images of birds; their head is a Jewish head wearing a Streimel. These illustrations resemble the ones appearing in the "Birds Heads Haggadah" of the Middle Ages and anti- Semitic illustrations.
The Haggadah was written and illustrated by Cherkassky in 2002 during her stay in Aachen in an artists' exchange program.The Haggadah was exhibited in the Rosenfeld Gallery in Tel-Aviv and was acquired by the Israel Museum, Jerusalem. [51] leaves, 40X30 cm. In a cloth covered box, hand-made by the binder Daniel Blum. Very good condition.

Printed in a limited edition of 50 copies, accompanied by an original etching by the artist Israel Hershberg, printed at the print workshop located in Kibbutz Cabri. This copy is numbered 26 and it is signed in the colophon by the poet and bound in a binding made by Ido Agassi. The etching is signed, dated (2005) and numbered by Hershberg. 76, [2], p, 25X21 cm. Etching: 20x16 cm. Very good condition.

The "Journal" is written in the central column on the leaf, surrounded by interpretations (passages of poetry, philosophy, citations from dictionaries or Jewish sources and illustrations) resembling a Talmudic page. The book is accompanied by eleven original copper etchings by Liliane Klapisch, made using a combined technique of aquatint, soft-ground and drypoint. The etchings are signed 18/78 and signed by Klapisch.

The text is from the narrative "Shiur Koma" by Moshe Cordovero (English), and from the Book of Isaiah, Chapter 13 Verse 28 (Hebrew). Signed and numbered by Avadenka: 75/75.
2. A Meditation , published by Land Marks Press , Michigan, 1986. A folded booklet. Three pages are cut out in the form of the letters ‘Yud Yud’ . On the remaining pages a passage from the Song of Songs is printed (English). Signed and numbered by Avadenka : 69/90.
3. An Only Kid. Land Marks Press Publishers , 1990 . English. Wording and meaning of the liturgical poem "Chad Gadya " by Lynne Avadenka. The booklet’s design is inspired by Eliezer (El) Lissitzky. The booklet’s binding was made from a special combination of materials, including goat’s hair.Signed and numbered by Avadenka: 48/75.
4. Compassion , published by Land Marks Press, 1996. The booklet deals with the various meanings of the word "Rehamim" (Compassion/mercy) in Hebrew and in English. The last pages are sewn together, creating a three-dimensional effect: when the booklet is open it presents the elements that comprise the word Rehamim – Rehem (womb), Ma’im (water) and Yam (sea). Signed by Avadenka and numbered 36/50. Attached is a publicity flyer that marks the publication of the booklet.
5. Excerpt from the book by Shulamit Hareven, "The Miracle Hater" (Hebrew and English), accompanied by an illustration by Avadenka. Page 56X43 cm. The print is signed and numbered: 15/20.
