Spice tower, in the form of the Tower of David. Eretz Israel, [1940s-50s]. Engraved Bakelite. An inscription is engraved on the base: "Boreh Minei Besamim". The tower is screwed to the base and when opened the chamber for spices is revealed (in the base). The upper edges of the base and tower are shaped like the walls of the Old City and its stones. Height: 9 cm, width: 3 cm. Good condition.

Hanukkah lamp. Warsaw (Poland), [19th Century] Sivered tin-brass (signed, maker’s and place stamps, Fraget w Warszawie – glaw) cast, cut, pasted and screwed. Base similar to a couch, on it are rows of oil fonts (removable). Back decorated with a shell. At top: a pair of peacocks and Torah crown. In center: model of Temple candelabrum with a pair of lions at the sides. With a removable oil font for the "shamash". Height: 24 cm. width: 22.5 cm.

Hanukkah Lamp. Germany, early 20th century. Silver (marked), cast and engraved. Back-plate decorated with floral designs, on the upper part a Torah Crown and in its center two lions carrying the Tablets of the Law. A row of oil fonts in the shape of lions. The head of each lion opens for inserting oil. From the mouth of each lion comes out a tube for a wick. On both sides of the oil fonts are two lions on elevated bases. Decorated base on front legs in the shape of lions. Oil font for the Shamash and an oil jug, removable. Height: 27.5 cm. Width: 31 cm. Front chain torn and missing.

Upright Hanukkah lamp, Austria, 19th Century or beginning 20th century. Silver (stamped several times) cast and engraved. Central pole with round base, standing on three legs. The upper part of the pole is composed of rings, some of them connected to the branches. At the top is the figure of an eagle (emblem of government in several European countries). With a stem that pulls out for the “shamash”. Maximum height: approx. 60 cm.

Hanukkah lamp. Holland. 19th/20th century. Cast brass. Upright Hanukkah lamp with removable candle holders. Central post with a base standing on three legs, in the shape of fish with an open mouth. From the central post come out arms similar to hands holding the removable candle holders. The candle holders are designed as branches. Eight candle holders are in a row and the ninth, serving the Shamash – is protruding to the front. Late dedication on the base, in Hebrew and in English: "In memory of Menachem Nahum ben Binyamin…deceased in 1933…in memory of Miriam daughter of Mordechai…deceased 1963"; "Presented by Mr. and Mrs. Oscar J. Toye". Height: 50 cm. Width: 52 cm.
