Upright Chanukah lamp. Japan, [mid 20th century].
Cast brass; lathe work. Stamped: "Japan".
Flower-shaped base. Central shaft with four arched branches, hooked at their end. An oil-cup is screwed at the two ends of each arch. The "shamash" is at the top of the central shaft. We do not know exactly when this lamp was made in Japan and under what circumstances it was created.
Height: 25 cm. width: 36.5 cm. diameter of base: 13 cm.

Eight figures, behind every figure is a place for placing candles (On the right is a family: father, mother and three children; on the left are workers). In the front is another taller figure (apparently, of Moses), for the "shamash".
Height: 21 cm. width: 42 cm. length: 12 cm. Good condition. Minor damages.

Glazed clay. Stamped: "A. Weisshof".
The back panel has two lions holding the Two Tablets of law, a Torah crown and under them a pomegranate.
Rectangular base with place for placing the candles and the "shamash", at the front is a pair of birds. Embossed on the back side is a "Magen-David".
Height: 23 cm. width: 28 cm. length: 7 cm. Brass oil-font missing (in the place of the "shamash").

Central shaft, decorated with a ball with a "Magen David" at its top (non-original). On the two sides of the shaft are branches placed inside bands that look like closed hands (the two upper branches are screwed; the four others are inserted without screws). The seventh branch rises towards the front.
Height: 45 cm (without decoration at top), width: 38.5 cm. diameter of base: 14 cm.
