"Megillat Esther" with a case. [Balkan countries, 19th century].
Silver (unstamped), cast, hammered and engraved.
Floral decorations and geometric patterns. At the top of the case is an ornamentation of an attractive flower, at its bottom is a handle for rolling the scroll.
With original scroll. Fine scribal writing on parchment. A "HaMelech" scroll [most of the columns begin with the word "HaMelech"]. At the top of each column, above the word "HaMelech", is an adornment of a branch with leaves.
Apparently, the "megillah" is kosher for fulfilling the mitzvah of reading the "megillah".
Height: 27 cm. Diameter: 4 cm. Width of parchment: 9 cm. Stains to parchment.

A seal for making an impression in wax. Jerusalem, [18th/19th century].
Etched Carnelian; brass handle and green marble.
Square seal with trimmed corners. For impressing the word "Yerushalem", the emblem of the "Jerusalem Cross", a star and schematic illustrations of the Dome of the Rock and the Church of the Holy Sepulcher (?).
Height: 6 cm.

A seal for making an impression in wax. [Central Europe, 18th/19th century].
Cast brass. Rounded-square base, handle with a hole for hanging.
In the center of the seal is the pisces zodiac symbol, under the inscription "זכייז" (above the inscription are four dots and under it is one dot). The fish are flanked by the letters N and S.
Height: 3.5 cm.

Bowl for "Mayim Achronim", manufactured by J. D. Schleissner & Söhne, Hanau, Germany, [c. 1910].
Cast impressed silver (stamped with a cluster of grapes, a crown above the letters R. C. zigzag line).
Impressed on the bowl are floral adornments and the inscription "May the Merciful One support us with honor". Protruding from the outer side is a handle for hanging a small jug (the jug is missing) – designed in the shape of a water creature (with scales) holding a seahorse in its mouth.
This bowl's style is a replica of a bowl from the 17th century, manufactured for the use of German Jews. Such utensils, manufactured in Germany, from the beginning of the 20th century are scarce.
