Hermann Hesse, two typewritten poems, signed by hand. 1941
1. Bericht des Schüllers. A typewritten poem. At the end of the poem is Hermann Hesse's signature. On the lower margins is a long dedication, signed in Hesse's handwriting: "I am sending a few poems… as a token of gratitude for your letter… go on your way and try to separate between being busy with poetry and your livelihood. Better do professional business than mix this need with your leanings towards being an intellectual poet".
2. Prosa (auf einen Dichter). Typewritten poem. At the end of the poem, Hesse's signature and the date were added in his handwriting.
[2] leaves, 29.5 cm. Good condition. Folding marks, minor tears.

One hundred photos of WW I, documenting the military actions of the German army in the eastern front on the border of the Russian Empire and in the western front, in Belgium and the east of France.
The photos portray the activity of the different units, the ground corpses and the combat engineering corpses, visit of Emperor Wilhelm II next to senior officers, etc. Some of the photos are annotated and dated in handwriting on the reverse, ink-stamped on the reverse: " Kais. Deutsche Südarmee Armeeoberkommando Geniestabsgruppe". 17.5X13 cm. Fair-good condition, some in poor condition, with tears and moisture marks. Five photos in smaller format.

Almanac published by the Comintern – The International Union of Communist Parties. Includes the Comintern's manifest which was determined at the organization's first congress and articles by communist leaders and thinkers: Lenin, Trotsky, Karl Radek, Rosa Luxemburg, Gregory Zinoviev, Epton Sinkler, etc. With black & white and colored photographs and illustrations.
Reproductions of communist proclamations from the USSR, portraits of Communist leaders and caricatures. Some were drawn by George Gross – a German artist and caricaturist known for his political drawings. Bound at the end of the book is a leaflet from 1922, which details all the books and publications published by the Comintern. 331; 32 pages, 23 cm. Fair-good condition. Missing tears to inner margins of most leaves (no damage to text), all tears professionally restored.
