Three printed leaflets, concerning the situation of Russian Jews, following the decrees of 1890-1891. In 1891 about 30 thousand Jews were deported from Moscow by a decree issued by the Tzar's brother Nikolay II, who also imposed other limitations on Jews. Two leaflets are marked as "Streng vertraulich!" – "Top Secret!" [3] leaves, 29.5 cm. Good condition. Folding-marks, minor tears at edges.
