The Book of Job translated into German, with thirteen original lithographs by the artist Willi Jaeckel (1888-1944), an outstanding representative of German Expressionism. Copy no. 157 out of an edition of two hundred copies. [26] pp, [13] plates, 38.5 cm. Fair condition. Numerous foxing-marks to leaves and to separating leaves. Stains and damages to binding. Spine, lining-paper and corners – restored.
