Some say that it is a Segula for childless couples and for women experiencing difficulty in labor.

Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Yehuda Yechiel (Safrin) Av Beit Din of Komarna (1806-1874), holy sage, nephew and prominent disciple of Admor Rabbi Zvi of Ziditchov.
