The songs represent the genre called tischlieder / tafellieder, and were composed to commemorate wedding anniversaries and birthdays. Presented here are ten poems; a humorous leaflet of 1891; two pages with memories from the Friedberger Anlage synagogue of the orthodox community in Frankfurt am Main, etc. Most items are printed or are carbon copies of typewritten leaves, several only are handwritten. Size varies. Good condition.
