The Rebbe Rabbi Baruch Shalom HaLevi Ashlag (1907-1992), son and successor of the Kabbalist Rebbe Rabbi Yehuda Leib Ashlag, author of the "Sulam". Studied and taught Kabbalah, as he received from his holy father; established a large center for the study of Kabbalah and published his own and his father's Kabbalistic books.

The holy and righteous genius Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freind (1904-1996), son of the holy Rabbi Yisrael Av Beit Din of Bonyhֳ¡d (passed away in 1940) and grandson of the Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Freind of Nִƒsִƒud (1855-1932), son of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freind head of congregation of Siget during the time of the "Yitav Lev" and the "Kedushat Yom Tov". Among the loyal disciples of the Rebbe of Satmar Rabbi Yo'el Teitelbuam; served as rabbinical authority in Satmar, Av Beit Din of Nִƒsִƒud from 1938. After the Holocaust he immigrated to Jerusalem and served as Rosh Yeshiva of Satmar and rabbinical authority. Chief Av Beit Din of the Edah HaCharedit. Following the demise of the "Minchat Yitzchak", was appointed as Av Beit Din of the Edah HaCharedit. Was known as being a righteous miracle worker and was sought after for blessings by people in need of salvation. Rama [Rabbi Moshe Aryeh] Talmud Torah and Yeshiva named after him.
Three books, various sizes and conditions, good to fair conditions. Some contain stamps of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freind from various periods. Prayer book and Tehillim rebound.

Title page contains handwritten signature of Rabbi "Avraham Shag" - The Ga'on Rabbi Avraham Shag-Zwebner (1801-1873), among the greatest disciples of the Chatam Sofer. Resided in Frauenkirchen [which is mentioned in his signature]. From 1827 served in the Shatmansdorf Rabbinate and from 1852 served as Av Beit Din of Kobersdorf. In 1873 immigrated to Jerusalem together with his prominent disciple Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld.

Title page contains picture of lion with stamps of Rabbi "Yisrael Friedman" and Rabbi "Yitzchak Friedman". These stamps are similar to the stamp of their brother Shlomo Friedman [see Kedem catalogue, auction 16 item 104] and to the stamps of the famous library of their brother-in-law Rabbi "Nachum DovBer Friedman".
The Rebbes - Rabbi Yitzchak (1850-1917) and Rabbi Yisrael (1852-1907), holy sons of the first Rebbe Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov of Sadigura. After the demise of their father in 1883, they both served in the leadership in the city of Sadgora. After three years Rabbi Yitzchak moved to the city of Boyan where he established his Beit Midrash.
