3-6. Four round brooches, three made of shell. Silver (stamped), filigree, shell. One stamped: "Made in Palestine", two stamped: "Jerusalem" and one: "Bethlehem". On the back of three of the brooches a ring is connected as well, to wear with a chain as a locket. Diameter: 3-4 cm. Good condition.

On upper section embroidered caption "Lichvod Chag HaMatzot" and "Jerusalem", in center, letters "Mem" and "Kaf" embroidered and in lower section "Year 191-" - Last letter unraveled. Embroidery threads forming shapes of flowers and bow retained their vibrant color. Diameter: 46 cm. Fair-good condition, damage on velvet, stalks and embroidery, mainly on border.

On the bottom: "A gift souvenir of love of Zion as a token of thanks and blessing to our generous brothers who support and uphold the lofty projects in Jerusalem, the general hospitals Bikur Cholim Hospital", in Hebrew and English.
