Legal documents portfolio – legal claim by Ahmed Jabbar Abdul Kader el-Nassli against the Military Governor of Jaffa and the Jaffa Municipality. 1940s-50s. Hebrew, English and Arabic.
Ahmed Jabbar, owner of a water well which he dug in Jabaliya (Givat Aliya, Jaffa) in 1930-31, supplied water to the neighborhood through pipes and pumps he installed himself, until the municipality started supplying water through the same pipes.
