Sussmann, painter and graphic designer, was born in Tarnopol and moved at a young age with his family to Vienna. Studied art in Paris. Joined the Resistance when the Nazis conquered Paris. Was arrested in 1944 and sent to Auschwitz. Returned to Vienna after the war and continued his artistic endeavours. See enclosed material. 20x12.5cm. Good condition. Some stains.

Moshe Oved (1885-1958), writer, sculptor and Jewish artist native of Skepe, Poland. Immigrated to London in 1903 and opened a jewelry shop. Started to create sculptures after World War II.
