Some photos feature the members wearing the movement’s uniform or wearing shirts sporting Magen Davids as they wave Israeli flags. Two photographs are stamped Revisionist Movement “Kibbutz ‘Ba-Derech” on the verso. Enclosed: 7 photos of Beitar members in Slovakia. 7 X 10 cm average. Good condition.

"Igeret Le-Chayal" and "Igeret Le-Chayelet" – two booklets by the military chaplain, Rabbi Aharon Ze'ev Eshkoli. Published by Rescuing Committee of the Jewish Agency, Italy, 1945.
Missives were written for Jewish soldiers who served in the British Army. In "Igeret Le-Chayelet" the rabbi asks the Jewish female-soldiers to avoid love relationships with gentile soldiers - "this gentile man is not worse than a Jew. But, he was not disturbed whatsoever when they massacred your mother". 7; 12 pp, 15 cm. Very good condition.
