2. Tzofnat Pa’aneach, by Rabbi Yoseph Shlifirz. Warsaw, 1861. “All manner of arithmetic of all categories… in clear easy language that is understood by all”. Includes a large folded table – the multiplication table.
3. Onia So’eret, [the events and troubles… and adventures that happened to sailors at sea and on dry land], [by William Isbrantszon Van Horn Bontko]. Warsaw, 1854.
Includes: “The troubles and events that happened to the general… from The Country (Holland) that traveled… on the North Sea in 1696.
4. Ben Yishai, explains… the calculations of time, by Rabbi Yehuda Shalom Yenaisi of Trieste. Vienna. 1827. A table for calculating years, new moons (months), tekufot (periods of time) and setting dates of festivals, for 160 years (until 1981). The explanations are printed in Hebrew and Italian, one page opposite another (the tables are only in Hebrew).
