Includes a Haggadah for the Leil Shimurim and all of the Passover Laws, a ten year festival calendar, prayers and liturgy for the Yamim Noraim and the Shlosha Regalim, Megilat Esther and Yotzerot for the four Parshiot.
Hebrew and Russian in alternating paragraphs.
XVI, 498, 164 pages, 20 cm. Fair condition. Stains, tears on some of the leaves’ edges. Worn and partially detached binding, detached leaves.

Part 2: 322 leaves. C. 17 cm. Fair condition, stains, detached and worn pages. Antique binding, worn. The last pages have handwritten inscriptions of the birthdays of the members of the Sinigalia family, 1790-1866.

Owners signatures upon title page: “Chaim Ya’akov HaCohen son of Yehuda Dov from Iaşi”.
Rabbi Chaim Ya’akov HaCohen Feinstein (1840-1901), immigrated from Iaşi to the holy city of Safed in his youth, and was one of the greatest Torah scholars there. Throughout the years he was sent as a rabbinic emissary to Yemen and India where he published his books: Imrei Shabbat, Mashbit Milchamot and Torat Imecha. For additional information related to him see enclosed material.
