Hebrew and Russian in alternating paragraphs.

Rabbi Chaim Ya’akov HaCohen Feinstein (1840-1901), immigrated from Iaşi to the holy city of Safed in his youth, and was one of the greatest Torah scholars there. Throughout the years he was sent as a rabbinic emissary to Yemen and India where he published his books: Imrei Shabbat, Mashbit Milchamot and Torat Imecha.
