Sefer Ha-Zechirot – on the six commandments of remembrance. With commentary by the author of "Marpeh La-Nefesh", and commentary by Rabbi Levy Yitzchak of Berditchev. Tchernovitz, 1857.
The book was first printed in Zolkwa 1764 by Rabbi Raphael ben Zecharya Mendel, Dayan of Frankfurt am Main on Chovot Ha-Levavot. To the second edition (Mezirov 1794) has been added commentary by Rabbi levy Yitzchak of Berditchev and since then a few editions were printed.
On the last page of this edition appears a Torah writing by Rabbi Meshulam Feifish Heller of Zbariz whose book "Derech Emet" has been printed in the same printing press two years earlier.
The holy Ga'on Rabbi Meshulam Feivish Ha-Levy Heller of Zbariz (1740-1795, Otzar Ha-Rabanim 15762). Descendant of the Tosfot Yomtov and an outstanding Chassid. Disciple of the Maggid of Mezeritch and Rabbi Yechiel Michal of Zlotchov, a close friend of Rabbi Chaim of Tchernovitz who mentions him many times in the book "Be'er Mayim Chaim". (See Encyclopedia of Chassidut, III, pp.209-211).

The first book about the teachings of Rabbi Israel from Chortkow who was appointed Admor after his father Rabbi David Moshe, holy son of Rabbi Israel Ruzhiner.
Another edition was published that year in Husyatin. There is a difference between the two editions at the end of the first Drasha.
16 pages and printed cover. 17.5cm. Good condition, foxing, slight damages in the cover.
The cover is rare and doesn’t appear in the Bibliography Institute CD nor in Winograd and Rosenfeld CD.

Rabbi Shalom Dover Shneorsohn – [1861-1920], son of Rabbi Shmuel Shneorsohn and grandson of "Tzemach Tzedek", fifth rebbe of the Chabad-Lubavitch dynasty of rebbes, was its head from 1882 till his death. Founder of Yeshivot "Tomchei Tmimim". Occupied himself with public lobbying for Russian Jewry in front of the Tsar authorities.
23 pages, 22cm. Printed on heavy paper. Good condition. Stains, ink stamps and handwritten dedication.

Zichron Eliyahu, by Rabbi Eliyahu Eichenstein of Ziditchov. Lemberg (Lvov), 1880.
"who every month and every Shabbat gave a sermon… The Rabbi The Well-known Tzaddik… Chassid, lover of G-d and man… Moreinu HaRav Eliyahu of Ziditchov." On the other side of the front page is an introduction by his widow who submitted the book to print: "to you I call… see that which I have set before you the writings of my husband The Tzaddik… Hinda the wife of The Tzaddik Moreinu HaRav Eliyahu… of Ziditshov."
Rebbe's approbations: Rabbi Avraham Ya'acov Freidman of Sadigora, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hager of Vishnitz and Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Teitelbaum of Sigot.

On last page ownership inscription from the year 1887: “This book belongs to the prominent and famous Levi Yitzchak Darba—diger”, apparently this refers to Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Darbarmdigar (Ozar Ha’Rabbanim 12483), grandson of the Kdushat Levi, Rabbi in Nigarst. Stamps and ownership inscriptions also in Russian.
