Large photograph of Benjamin and Sarah Netanyahu at the Bergen Belsen Concentration Camp. Handwritten dedication by Benjamin Netanyahu to Holocaust survivors Kuty and Erwin Sadan. Bergen Belsen, October 1996.
The photograph depicts Benjamin Netanyahu bowing his head before the stone monument of the camp (the Hebrew side of the monument is facing Netanyahu and its English side, the camera), with Sarah Netanyahu standing to his left and Rami Sadan – his political advisor in those years – to his right. On the bottom of the photograph is a dedication to Sadan's parents, handwritten by Benjamin Netanyahu: "To Kuty and Erwin Sadan, sincerely…" (Hebrew).
The photograph is dated (in a different handwriting): "Bergen Belsen, Tishrei 5757, 10.96".
Approx. 29X39 cm. Framed. Good condition. Minor blemishes. Unexamined out of frame.
