The postcards depict synagogue in various cities around the world. Including: * Five postcards (one of them undivided) depicting the façades of synagogues in Enschede (Holland), La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland), Épernay (France), Dnipro (Ukraine), and Dortmund (Germany). * Three postcards (one of them undivided) depicting the façade of the "Emanuel" synagogue in Curação, inaugurated in 1867. * Three postcards depicting the interior of the "Ben Ezra" synagogue in Cairo, where the Cairo Genizah was found. Two of them are stamped on verso with the stamp of "Administration synagogue 'Ben Ezra' et dependances du Vieux…" (Hebrew and French). * A postcard depicting the "Sha'ar HaShamayim" synagogue in Cairo. * A postcard depicting the "Tiferet Yisrael" synagogue in Jerusalem.
14X9 cm on average. Good overall condition. Minor blemishes. Two of the postcards were sent by mail.
