A blank certificate, stamped "Specimen", of Palestine Construction Company Limited. The certificate states that the guarantor to the company's debenture stocks is the Palestine Electric Company.
Share certificates and debenture stock certificates marked as "Specimen" were often kept by the printer as samples, when the company cancelled or changed the document and discarded the rejected version.
50.5X31.5 cm. Good condition. Small open tear to vertical folding mark. Small tears at margins. Stains. Folding marks and creases.
