Arabic manuscript, composition on the subject of religious law according to the Hanafi School (one of the four schools of interpretations of Sunni Islamic law). Hijri year 1277 [1861].
Manuscript written in black and red ink. Many handwritten marginalia (apparently by several writers).
[260] leaves (26 signatures of 10 leaves), 21 cm. Fair-good condition. Stains, creases and wear. Tears to margins. Several leaves are detached and inserted out of order. Unbound signatures housed in a cardboard and leather cover with a flap.
