Pamphlet handwritten by RA"M Ha-Cohen. "The Tzadik…who died in Jerusalem…mourned by more than thirty thousand Jews… no one like him remained…". The eulogy was printed in the book "Yad RA"M" (Tel Aviv, 1960).
The Ga'on Rabbi Aharon Mendel son of Natan Ha-Cohen (RA"M Ha-Cohen, 1866-1927, Otzar Ha-Rabanim 1836), writer of books, Ashkenazi rabbi of Cairo for thirty years, known mainly for his attempt to renew the "Smicha" and establish the Sanhedrin and for founding "Agudat Ha-Rabanim" (see about him in the book "Yad RA"M" mentioned above).
