A large-format bibliophile calendar for the year 1982, created by the artist Werner Eikel. A plate for each month with a chapter from Psalms in Hebrew and in German, taken from the Martin Buber translation, in fine calligraphic script adorned with illuminations in color and in gold. The plates are signed in pencil by the artist. At the bottom of each plate – a stub with the days of the month, in calligraphic script by the artist.
[13] plates, Approx. 62X42 cm. Good condition. Some slight dirt stains. Inserted in a cardboard folder.
