Hundreds of lengthy and erudite glosses, in antique German handwriting [1640-1740, c. 18th century], refers to books published in mid-17th century like Bet Shmuel on Even Ha'ezer (Printed 1689).
The glosses are numbered in paragraphs, presenting a well- structured composition on the Shulchan Aruch. The writing appears to be in the hand of the author, and written at various periods.
Missing copy: 2-239 leaves (instead of 242, [2] leaves). 18cm. good-fair condition, damage from wear, leaves and binding detached.
