Ten Postcards – Jewish Soldiers

Ten postcards portraying Jewish soldiers. Paul Grodel (P.G.I.F. ges. Gesch.), Eigentum A. J. Hofmann. [Frankfurt, ca. 1900].
The postcards, most of which are after paintings by Hermann Junker (1838-1899), portray Jewish soldiers near Metz during the France-Prussia war (1870). Some are numbered. 3 postcards appear in two copies. Handwritten comments appear on some of the postcards.
Good-fair overall condition.
