Spice Container - Windows and Flowers

Spice container. [Eastern Europe, late 19th or early 20th century].
Silver (marked, French import stamps).
Spice container shaped as a turreted tower topped by a flag. The turret and container sides are decorated with arched windows, flowers and twisting branches. Four flags fly from the corners of the lower story's ceiling. The container stands on four concave legs surmounting a square base that rests on four balls.
Height: 20 cm. Good condition. Some bends.
