Hanukkah Lamp - Eastern Europe, Late 19th Century

Hanukkah lamp. [Eastern Europe, late 19th century].
Cast brass.
Openwork back plate in the style of Polish papercuts, with geometric motifs, heraldic birds and a jug with vegetation. At the top of the back plate is a loop for hanging, incorporated in the pattern. A row of oil fonts behind a balustrade. Candlestick on the right plate and vessel for oil on the left plate (removable).
Length: 23 cm. Width: 22.5 cm. Slight break to one of the rail corners.
