Fragments of Ancient Manuscripts - Perush HaAgadot by the Rashba / Piskei HaRosh on Tractate Ketubot - Spain, 14th/15th Century
Collection of ancient manuscript fragments removed from a "bindings' geniza". [Sephardi script, Spain?, ca. 14th/15th century].
The fragments are parts of two compositions: * Perush HaAgadot by the Rashba, section of the composition on Tractate Berachot (9 leaf fragments). * Piskei HaRosh on Tractate Ketubot (2 leaves and a section of another large leaf).
We have compared samples of the text of these fragments with the printed renditions and have found several variations.
12 leaf fragments. Varying size and damages due to the binding process. Stains, tears and shaved margins, affecting text.
